I believe in real food, small economies, and sense of place. In my career as a pastry chef I have lived and worked all over the United States. Each place that I have lived has a unique and complete identity that I experienced through food. Living in Portland Oregon has been a paradise of ingredients and has grown a food community that celebrates locality. I have set out to showcase our region with an ingredient-driven candy bar line.
These candy bars are made in small batches featuring our prized local honey, butter, cream, raspberries, blueberries and hazelnuts. The chocolate is artisan made 70% dark chocolate. These candy bars are handmade from whole ingredients in small batches, and are fresh! The packaging is eco-friendly and completely biodegradable. These are candy bars that you can feel great about eating.
